a note about the trimness of our one size fitteds

we are going to start offering trim fit one size fitted diapers. when i started testing our one size diapers, i had made a pattern that was trim between the legs and through the back. through testing, though, i found that some people preferred total and full coverage across the back and between the legs - being as all children are built differently. so now when ordering a custom one size diaper you can choose trim or regular fit. regular fit diapers are the ones that have been most recently sold. trim fit diapers are cut 1" trimmer on each side of the legs, through the legs and up the back. this would be best for long and lean babies. some people prefer this over total coverage. if your baby is on the larger size, i would suggest going with the regular fit.

another note about the one size diapers: some people have said to me that their children are usually on the largest setting of most one size diapers, but have it snapped down to the medium setting on mine. there is a reason for this. when testing, the biggest concern was that most of the one size diapers out there only fit up to a medium or medium long. this frustrated many people - as they thought their one size diaper would last through their entire cloth diapering venture. my diapers were designed to fit a true large at the largest setting. i believe all one size diapers should be made this way, so that people don't have to buy a large diaper if they've already purchased a one-size. that is the point of buying a one-size after all!

when choosing custom OS true or QDAIOs, i would suggest getting only PUL outers. i have sold many, many, many front and side snapping sized QDAIOs without wicking problems, but some people run into problems with wicking when it comes to these diapers. it's totally a personal preference. there is a disclaimer on each page now - so now you buy prints for these diapers at your own risk.

one size diaper covers are coming soon, with gussets. i'll be making some up soon and getting them posted.

later on this week i will post a "trim" OS fitted comparison to a "regular" OS fitted. if you've purchased one size fitteds in the past and like the fit, then stick with regular fit. if you'd like something trimmer, then choose the trim fit.

some esbasic cover and OS QDAIO pictures

we've been taking custom orders for one size quick dry all in ones for a couple of weeks now, so i wanted to show off a couple that we've made and sent out.





also, i just stocked the store with sets of esbasic covers in both newborn and small sizes. they're instock and ready to ship immediately. these covers are only $10 a piece and are sold in sets of 6 [full rainbow] or sets of 3 [you pick colors].




there are still some great one size quick dry all in one color combinations left in the store as well!

i'll be stocking some TRUE AIO one size diapers this week - these diapers are awesome. super absorbent, soft and pretty darn cute.

custom turnaround times

just wanted to let everyone know that right now our custom turnaround time is really quick. less than a week for even large orders, so get your orders in. they'll likely have the same time as instock items!

also, i stocked the customs store with one size AIOs, both true all in ones and quick dry all in ones. you can choose to put prints on the outsides of the QDAIOs. i don't recommend it for the true all in ones, though, sometimes people do choose to have them.

hi everyone!

i just got done listing 13 one size quick dry all in ones on etsy - both side and front snapping. these are made from the same pattern as our fitted pattern, so the fit is the same. the side snapping diapers are great because you can adjust the thigh and waist for a perfect fit. there are 5 rows of snaps on the wings of the side snapping diapers, allowing even the smallest of babies to have a snug fit.

I have two of the one-size diaper, and I absolutely love them. I'm saving up to order a few custom one-sizes. I have one in teal and one an adorable owls print. I also love that I can choose to place the double in either the front or the back. And they're very absorbant, I've boldly gone coverless and haven't had a problem. They contain messes very well, and so far every mess has cleaned out perfectly, no stains! (and I've had lots of issues with stains on other diapers). Easy to maintain, easy to use, this is definitely our go-to diaper. Thanks!

WOW! I was lucky enough to win a beautiful "Fall Fruit Trees" print esbaby one-size fitted diaper, and I LOVE it!! It is incredibly beautiful and well-made! I can tell that it is going to last for a long time too as it has so many size options. My dd LOVES it too! She has already been asking to wear her tree dipe! The diaper is so squishy, soft, and incredibly absorbant! I would definitely add more of these to our stash! Just amazing!!! Thanks!

update on store stocking and a special donation!

i know our instock store is looking a little sparse right now, but we've been so busy working on orders, we haven't had the chance to restock.



i've been pretty bad at taking order pictures to post, but i'll definitely try to get some good pictures of the current orders we're working on.

next stocking will be sets in most sizes of our esbasic covers. priced as sets, these covers are cheaper than most covers in the market right now. same with our esbasic sets of diapers - including the one that's in my etsy store. they're even priced cheaper than kissaluvs! and the covers aren't just one layer of PUL. they're two layers of PUL, shiny side away from your baby, and are bound in colorful super-soft foldover elastic. we're still offering 2 small sets of three pick your color covers right now. they all come with a small pocket in the front - great for placing prefolds in.

starting together is a very important program to me. when i became pregnant with my daughter at the age of 18, i enrolled in the program. a family support worker started making weekly visits to my house, while i was pregnant to discuss what to expect when it came to childbirth, breastfeeding, etc. she was also very helpful in advocating for me when my daughter was born 5 weeks early and was in the NICU in syracuse, ny. she helped me make the contacts i needed to obtain a breast pump, and was there for me emotionally, which was extremely helpful being a young single mother. my family support worker visited me on a weekly basis until my daughter was three - and when i got pregnant with my son, i started seeing her again. through her i spread the word about cloth diapering, and when i worked as a chapter for miracle diapers, we were able to supply some families in the program with cloth. it felt great to give back to a program that helped me and my children so much. and i hope some of you out there will be willing to pass something along as well! [local moms- i will pick up any donations/ moms who i've given free diapers to in the past - it would be great if you could re-donate those diapers either back to me or another family in need please!]
