"welcome home, baby!" sets listed

welcome home, baby! set

i just finished up three "welcome home, baby!" fitted cloth diaper/cover sets. each set comes with 6 newborn size fitted cloth diapers and 3 covers. the gender neutral set comes with 3 lights out [overnight] covers, which are great during the day as well. the girl and boy sets come with two lights out covers and one eswrapping cover. these fitteds are from my esbasics line. they're trim and have 3 layer soakers.

i took a little more time with these sets though, in that i matched up the inner and outer serging thread on the fitted diapers to their covers and snaps. i think they look pretty great.

large wetbags and some order picture

large wetbags are big. they can hold about three days worth of diapers, maybe more depending on the diaper size. they measure 14" across the top and 32" down. i designed these bags for people who, if they've just done diaper laundry, want to use their large wetbags for outings. the bag folds up in half from the bottom and snaps into the top of the bag near the zipper essentially turning it into a med/large wetbag. then when you get home, you can unsnap it and keep filling it. or if you're on vacation, you can start using the bag snapped up while out and when you get to where you're staying, unsnap it and hang it from a hook. the bag folds up completely to about the size of my hand for storage. here are some pictures of the bag in action. this design isn't new. i've been making large wetbags in this way since 2006. and because these bags are so big, this is why i ask that everyone email me before they place an order with the whatever fabric it is that you want. these take up almost an entire yard of print fabric. now, on to the pictures!

a non-esbaby giveaway, but a fantastic one nonetheless!

esbaby will be having some review/giveaways coming up in the month of june, but i just wanted to pass this along for anyone who is interested in 'and such is life' diapers, commonly seen as ASIL on the message boards, etc. breeze, from ASIL is offering a $175 gift certificate for custom diapers, clothing, pretty much everything she makes.

details from her site:
Something exciting! We are giving away 2 $175 gift certificates for ...And such is life custom goods. That counts for clothes, diapers, etc.
There are two ways to be eligible. You can do one or both but doing both is the only way to be eligible for EACH gift certificate.

The first is simply signing up at clothlove.com (or already being a member!) and having 25 posts.

The second is promote clothlove.com on your blog, journal, a community, etc. Anywhere you promote the board is good for one entry. (email a link to your promotion to contest@clothlove.com)

As a bonus anyone that signs up and lists you as their 'referred by' will get you an extra entry! There is no limit to how many entries you can get this way but each user must have at least ten posts and you must have at least 25.

There is also a contest already going on for $25 frog mama gift certificates. You can be eligible for both contests! Cloth Love has a lot more contests planned just like this so it's not a bad place to be a member of ;).

here is the link to the giveaway.

so go enter quick, before time is up! i think it's ending at the end of the month.

cloth diapering overview

hi everyone-

for those of you who are thinking about cloth diapering or know someone who may need a little help, i've re-designed my cloth diapering overview so that now you can click on the images and download the PDF version and print it if you'd like. they're not as colorful [to save on printer ink] but they're a little easier to read. i'm also working on the cloth pad over and a 'how many diapers do i need' informative sheet as well. i'll post when i get those up. here is the link:
